But wait! There’s a group of recurring events that isn’t listed here, and that’s our small groups. There’s so many of them we’ve had to create a special place just for them…. oh yeah! Click here for all the juicy deets.

Playgroup with Hope

If you’re a parent or caregiver with preschool aged children in your care, Playgroup is for you! It’s where children are engaged in constructive play, and adults get to mingle.

9.30 to 11.30am every Monday, Tuesday and Friday during term

Men’s Breakfast

It’s epic. There’s something pretty special when men gather to worship and pore over the scriptures almost first thing in the morning, before their daily rhythm. Breakfast provided.

7 to 8am every Tuesday, meets in Hope Kitchen Cafe

Healing Rooms

Healing Rooms is a gathering of people who pray and intercede, because God heals, and He hears. Needing prayer? Wanting to sharpen your prayer life? Come.

10am to 1pm every Wednesday during term. Meets in Cuba room

Friday Kai

It’s not actually about the food. It’s about people, community, connection. It’s about good company, hope, and being encouraged. The food is just the tool to help make that happen.

5.30pm every Friday; 4.30pm to lend a hand. Meets in Hope Kitchen Cafe

Sunday Gatherings

If the rhythm of Hope had a heart, this would be it. We’re simple, imperfect and unvarnished. We come as we are, and invite you to do the same. There’s worship, teaching then chats & kai.

Worship Wednesday

Worship means to ‘adore and revere’. God is indeed worthy of it all, which is why we gather once a month to simply worship and soak in his amazing presence.

7 to 8pm, first Wednesday of each month at Hope

Karakia

Can’t get enough of prayer in your small groups? Come for more! Prayer is electric and things happen when we pray. Come and join us as we pray for the needs in our whānau, community and world.

Worship Development

We practive, practice, practice because He’s worthy… also because there’s a new song to learn pretty much every week! If you’re a musician or singer who would like to worship, come.

Blokes & Beers

Well done you! After a hard day’s mahi indoors or outdoors, or simply trying to survive, take a break and chill with the guys. You’d need to get your own pizza and beer, but the yarns are free.

5 to 6pm, second Thursday of each month at Tony’s pizza
